Welcome

The art glass beads featured on these pages come from many sources. I search the world for the finest glass and sterling silver designs in the most glorious colors and shapes I can find. Some of these beauties are called Murano glass because they are created using an ancient technique still practiced by the artisans of The Island of Murano, across the lagoons and canals of Venice, Italy. Each glass bead has a sterling-lined core of at least 5 mm. and slips easily onto the sterling silver bracelets and bangles shown here. The silver beads come from many sources, such as Denmark, Italy, Thailand, and many other wonderful countries. The bangles and bracelets are solid, .925 sterling silver. Each bracelet has weight. If you hold one in the palm of your hand you can feel the energy of the silver, now considered a precious commodity.

Then there are the hand-blown focal beads fashioned by various artists I’ve discovered, who, so far, are all women. One glassmaker lives and works in her studio in the lush countryside near Bergamo, in northern Italy. Another concocts her glass confections in Tasmania, while another fashions her glass art near Melbourne, Australia. Then there are the wonderful artisans right here in the U.S.A. One works out of South Carolina, is self-taught, and has blown me away with her beautiful designed beads in the most enchanting colors I’ve ever seen.

Featured on these pages are bracelets I have designed for friends, clients, and family. If you like what you see you may order any that are available, along with earrings and necklace to match. Or you can order a bracelet personalized for yourself or someone you care for.. Just let me know something about the person for whom the gift is intended. What’s her favorite color? Does she love dogs? Cats? Travel? Does she have a special interest? I will compose a bracelet that will delight her. Let me know if she’d prefer a bangle type bracelet or one with a bead clasp. I sell no bracelets with lobster clasps, only bead clasps that are easy to fasten without help, and add to the beauty of the bracelet.

Please feel free to e-mail me, even phone me, if you have questions or special requests. These bracelets have been so successful, and I am truly delighted. I adore making them and nothing gives me greater satisfaction than a smiling customer.

You may have heard of bracelets like these: Biagi, Chamilia, Pandora, and others. Mine certainly resemble those lines, but I have taken everything a few steps above and beyond to create something truly unique and wonderful. Take a look and let me hear from you.
